6. Mobile Terms of Service & SMS Program Rules
By providing your mobile number via our enrollment portals, you agree to the following Mobile Terms of Service for programs administered by Lee Taylor-Nelms, LLC (including Scrub-Pocket Prep):
Program Description: Subscribers receive daily automated microlearning text messages containing clinical high-yield pearls, exam-style review interactive check-ins, and optional links to free review media.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Standard curriculum tracks trigger a minimum of one (1) to two (2) text messages daily for the duration of the 30-day program cycle.
Cost & Pilot Parameters: While enrollment in the June 1st pilot program is free of charge, standard text messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply according to your individual mobile plan.
How to Opt-Out (Stop Messages): You maintain absolute control over your mobile communications. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP directly to any text message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, our automated database engine will instantly opt you out of the active queue and confirm your removal via a final text message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-register.
How to Get Help: For support or curriculum clarification, reply HELP to our automated delivery number or contact our agency directly through our website support portal.
Supported Carriers: Our delivery engine interfaces with major US carriers. Delivery speeds and reception are subject to local wireless coverage.
